How to customize the email address used to send invoices to my customers

  1. Go to your Settings

  2. Click on Outbound

  3. Under Outbound email, enter the name that'll be displayed in your customer's inbox and the first part of the email (in front of @out.mail.platform.eu.banqup.com)

  4. Save.

Note: you can't receive inbound emails on this address, it's only used to send outbound invoices to your customers.
