Banqup users can use Username & Password or SingPass to login into Banqup. SingPass is the trusted digital identity of the Singaporean government and also the preferred login method for Banqup. Go to https://www.singpass.gov. sg/main/ for more information.
Login with SingPass
Note that only SingPass authenticated users can create an enterprise on Banqup. Therefore, it is important to
always use SingPass the first time you create an account on Banqup
. After creating the account, you can always add username + password as login method.
On your login screen, click on
to login.
Then, scan the QR code with the SingPass app on your mobile device.
1. Login with SingPass
You will be redirected to iam.unifiedpost.com. This is normal since Unifiedpost is used to login into Banqup.
Login to Banqup and click on Security Settings
Then go to Federated Identity, click on activate SingPass and scan the QR code with the SingPass app on your mobile device.
Login to Banqup and click on Security Settings
Go to Password and click on Add Password.
2. Link SingPass to your Banqup login
You will be redirected to iam.unifiedpost.com. This is normal since Unifiedpost is used to login into Banqup.
3. Add 'username + password' as login method
You will be redirected to iam.unifiedpost.com. This is normal since Unifiedpost is used to login into Banqup.
You now are able to login via SingPass and Username + Password.
