You can log in to Banqup using trusted identity providers like Itsme. The fact that the provider has previously verified your identity allows you to use what's called a federated identity to log in to various services like Banqup with a single set of credentials. This provides an extra layer of security while making login easier since you can use your existing verified identity.

Adding a federated identity

You can add a federated identity when logging in or from your account settings:

From the login page

  1. Under Log in with a digital ID, choose your identity provider (e.g. Itsme).

  2. Complete the verification process with your chosen provider.

  2. Click Deactivate.
