When your paid subscription plan remains unpaid past the due date, your account will be suspended.
How do I unsuspend my account?
To unsuspend your account and use all the features again, you must pay your invoice and send a proof of payment to [email protected]. We will then reactivate your account.
As soon as you follow up the monthly payment from then on, your account will no longer be suspended. It is therefore
not
necessary to send monthly proof of payment to [email protected].
