To send your invoices automatically to your accountant, activate the connection with your accounting software.
In your Billtobox account, go to Apps.
Under Accounting App, click Activate.
Toggle the Online connection option to ON then press Next.
On the next screen, choose Exact Online.
You will be redirected to the Exact Online connection page, where you can log in.
After authentication, enter your Exact Online Company code and your digital postbox identifier (optional) and click on Connect.

Your company code is displayed in the upper left corner of the screen before the name of your company. In the image below, the company code is 1.
Where can I find my Exact Online digital postbox ID?
Log in to your Exact Online account via https://start.exactonline.nl/docs/login.aspx
Click on your username and then on My Exact Online in the upper right corner of the screen.
Then click on the My account data menu item.
Scroll to the section My digital postboxes. The table displays all the postboxes identifiers of your account, as well as their description and their status
