Did you create a Banqup account before creating your Console account?
Follow these steps to link the two together:
Create a Console account with the same email address you used for your Banqup account (make sure you're logged in to your Banqup account).
Go to the Companies menu, under Actions, click on the three dots then on Connect to Banqup.com.
On Banqup, go to Tasks and Accept the connection to your accountant (your Console account).
After completing these steps, a new menu item will appear in your Console account: Go to Banqup company, you can click on it to access your Banqup account from the Console.
