Learn how to activate the connection with your bookkeeping package, so that all your invoices will automatically be sent to your accountant.
In your Banqup account go to “Apps” -> “Invoicing Services” -> “Accounting app” and press the “Activate” button.
In the next screen, choose “Online Connection” and press “Next”
In the next screen, choose InFakt and press “Next”
In the next screen fill in all required information (API Key and InFakt email to send invoices) and press “Connect”
Your connection is validated!
And you are returned to the dashboard of your Banqup account.
When you now go back to “Apps” you see an active “Accounting app” and your invoices will be automatically shared with your accountant.

How to get email address to send AP invoices
AP invoices can only be sent to InFakt via email. You can get this email address via following steps:
Go to Ustawienia(Settings). Scroll down to Inne opcje(Other options) and choose Przesyłanie plików(Uploading files).
Here you can find the AP email address:
Whitelist FROM email address of AP invoices
In InFakt, you should whitelist the FROM email address from which AP .pdf files are sent.
Go to Ustawienia(Settings). Scroll down to Inne opcje(Other options) and choose Przesyłanie plików(Uploading files).
Here you should add the email address of Banqup “[email protected]” in the field “Dodaj nowy adres”:
Important to know
The only way to deliver AP invoices to inFakt is to send them by email.
Uploading the original invoice PDF to inFakt is not possible via API. This should be done manually by the end-user.
Adding email for AP invoices
In InFakt, you should add an email from which .pdf files are being sent.
Go to Ustawienia(Settings). Scroll down to Inne opcje(Other options) and choose Przesyłanie plików(Uploading files).
Here you should add the new email address from Banqup in field Dodaj nowy adres:
