Overdue | The invoice due date has passed. Delete request in progress | Document is currently being deleted. Printing pending | Document was delivered to the print partner and is waiting to be printed. Archiving in progress | Document is currently being archived. If a document is stuck at this stage, please contact support. Delivery requested(for one document) | The delivery of the document to the customer is ongoing. (Both this and the “Delivery pending” status appear successively when sending an AR document). Document sending in progress(for sending in bulk) | Document is currently being sent to the customer. If a document is stuck at this stage, please contact support. (Both this and the “Delivery pending” status appear successively when sending an AR document). Delivery pending | The invoice is in the process of being delivered. No action is required from the user. If a document is stuck at this stage, please contact support. (Both this and the “Document sending in progress” status appear successively when sending an AR document). Delivery failed | An attempt to send the invoice was done but it failed. The exact details can be found in the invoice events section. The only action possible is to delete the invoice. Validation failed | The uploaded document failed the initial validation. More specific details are available under the Events section. You can delete the document, fix the issue and try to upload it again. Autodelivery failed | The document could not be delivered automatically to the customer. See the Events section for more details. Uploaded | Document is blocked in the incoming flow.
