UBL stands for Universal Business Language. It is an international standard in XML format developed specifically for electronic documents, such as invoices. The UBL format is also used to exchange invoices over the InvoiceNow network. Singapore uses the BIS 3.0 SG UBL format.
You can download the UBL file from Banqup by following the next steps;
Download UBL
Go to Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Click Download
Select the Peppol SG UBL (*) (**)
(*): if 'Peppol UBL' is displayed instead of 'Peppol SG UBL' then you need to adapt the settings. More information about how to adapt the settings.
(**) :that you can only download the UBL if the channel is OpenPeppol/InvoiceNow
Adapt the settings
BIS 3.0 SG UBL is the default format for companies in Singapore. In some cases, the BIS 3.0 SG UBL format will not be the standard format. In that case you have to adapt it in the settings.
Go to settings
Click on company info
Select SG InvoiceNow UBL BIS Billing 3.0 (InvoiceNow)
