The <a href="https://www.ecb.europa.eu/paym/intro/mip-online/2018/html/1803_revisedpsd.en.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">PSD2 regulation</a> does not allow linking a savings account to external services like Banqup.

Note that this restriction is configured by the bank. It is the bank application that disallows the connection with the Banqup platform.
