The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) requires Singaporean companies to go through the CorpPass verification process (also called CorpPass KYC) to be able to transact on the InvoiceNow (Peppol) network.

Validation via CorpPass
1. Make sure to create your account with SingPass (NOT username / password).
2. Register your company on Banqup. Make sure to fill in the correct UEN number.
3. Banqup will request that your company's CorPass admin approves the registration. The system will also send a mail (sent by SGNIC Support <donotreply@peppolsmp.sg>) that can be forwarded to the CorpPass admin if necessary.
4. The CorpPass admin has to approve the registration by clicking on Business authorization with CorpPass
4. Once the registration is done you will have access to Banqup.

CorpPass is the authorization system for entities to manage digital service access of employees who need to perform corporate transactions. Please visit https://www.corppass.gov.sg for more details. Every Singaporean company has CorpPass, foreign entities can contact support@banqup.sg.
2. Why do I have to do a CorpPass verification?

3. What if the CorpPass registration is unsuccessful?
- You exceeded the 28 days evaluation period. In that case, you will have to register again.
- You already have a Peppol/InvoiceNow ID via another provider. Please contact your current provider to release your Peppol/InvoiceNow ID.
