When PDF documents go through the OCR, it can happen that some information wasn't picked up properly by the OCR service.
However, to detect issues, a check is performed between the total invoice amount and the sum of the products found on the invoice. If there's a difference between the two, the following message appears in the document's details: "The calculated total amount differs from the total amount entered below".
To solve this:
- Go to your document's details.
- Click on Invoice lines.
- Click on Edit lines.
- Enter the invoice details manually, and add new lines if necessary.
A PDF preview of your document is available in the window. - Save your changes.
