When you get the Connecting status after trying to connect to a Banqup client, it means that a connection request has been sent to your customer and it hasn't been accepted yet.

To accept your connection request, your customer needs to follow the steps below:
- Go to the Tasks menu in their Banqup account.
- Open the Manage connection to Sector Console task.
- Check the request details.
- Click on Accept connection.
- After confirmation, the status will update from Connecting to Activated in your Console account.
