► Do I need a physical terminal to use the app?

No. All you need is the Banqup Terminal app on your smartphone and to connect it to your Banqup account.

► Can I install the app on multiple smartphones?

Yes, you can install Banqup Terminal on as many devices as you wish and at no cost.

► What's the maximum transaction amount?

1500€ in a single transaction. However, there is no maximum total amount collected per day.

► Will the payment reference entered in Banqup Terminal be visible in the statements?

No. The reference will not be visible.

► Is there a history of transactions available?

Yes. All transactions are recorded in your Banqup account, no matter which device they were made on.

► Where is the collected money credited?

The money collected with Banqup Terminal is credited to your Banqup Business Wallet.

Note: if your company onboarded before January 2022 and provided a bank account at another bank, the money might be credited to that bank account.

► How do I get charged?

You get charged a fixed amount on a per-transaction basis. More information about the cost can be found on our website.
