You can choose to receive an email notification when a document has arrived in your account and is ready to be accepted.
Here is what the email will look like if you enable these notifications:
To enable these notifications, go to your Settings then Reports.
Under Standard reporting:
- Choose how frequently you wish to receive these reports
- Choose the email address you want these reports to be sent to
- The email will be sent in your company's language (which you can edit in your Settings > Company info)
