Quickly create and manage your invoices on the go, allowing you to keep your business running smoothly no matter where you are.
Here's how you can easily add invoices using the app:
- On your home screen, click on the plus icon.
- Three options appear:
- Create new invoice
This option lets you create a sales invoice from scratch (just like you would on the web app).
The mandatory options are:
- The language of the invoice.
- The currency.
- A customer.
- The document type (invoice, credit note, debit note, prepayment invoice).
- A document number.
- A document date.
- A due date.
- Take picture
This allows you to scan a document with your device's camera.- Take a photo of your document. A green banner indicates that a document is detected, the app automatically snaps a picture.
- On the next screen:
- Tap on Edit to update the document borders.
- Tap on Effects to make the document more readable thanks to color and contrast adjusments.
- Tap on Rearrange for documents with several pages. This option lets you rearrange the page order.
- Tap on Delete to delete the picture.
- Tap on the arrow icon at the bottom-right of your screen to add a page to your document or to scan a new document.
- Tap on Upload to upload the document to your Banqup account.
- Take a photo of your document. A green banner indicates that a document is detected, the app automatically snaps a picture.
- Upload document
This lets you select files stored on your device. After selecting the files, a pop-up asks you if the documents are purchases, sales or documents to upload to the Doc Center.
