How to add terms and conditions to my outgoing invoices

Note:

this article is about attaching the terms and conditions to your invoices, not to be confused with attaching documents to your invoices for your accountant.

You can add PDF terms and conditions to any invoice created on Banqup.

Go to:

  1. Settings

    _Settings-EN.png



  2. Outbound

  3. Create invoices online > Terms and conditions in PDF format > click to choose a file from your computer or drag and drop a PDF file

  4. Save.
