Where can I find the Synqup log files?

If the invoices are not fetched from Banqup or you're getting an error status, the support team will need your log files.

  • Go to the folder where Synqup is installed, then to the logs subfolder.
    By default C:\Program Files (x86)\Synqup.

  • Right-click on the logs folder and generate a .zip file. Send it to us at <local support email address>.
