I can't install the app on my phone. Why is that?

The Banqup app processes sensitive data in your invoices and payments. In order to protect your data, setting up a screen lock (PIN, touch ID, face ID) on your device is required. That way, your phone and data remain secure at all times.

To install the Banqup app, set up a screen lock on your phone and start the installation over.
