Why should I use the Signing Service?

The Signing Service allows you to electronically sign documents from your Doc Center with a legal signature. It saves you time and money by removing the need for printing, scanning, and emailing documents back and forth.

What's an electronic signature?

An electronic signature is a digital symbol or code that is used to sign a document electronically. It serves the same purpose as a physical signature, indicating that the signer has reviewed and approved the content of the document.

Which signature levels are available with the Signing Service?

The following signature levels are available:

  • Scribble electronic signature (SES)

  • Advanced electronic seals (AES)

  • Qualified electronic seals (QES)

How do I activate the Signing Service?

You can activate the Signing Service from the Apps menu.
