Banqup offers the possibility to download a spreadsheet file of all your clients or suppliers from your account.
Here's how to download the file:
Go to the Customers & Suppliers menu.
Click on the Customers or Suppliers tab according to what you want to export.
Click on Export.
A notification appears to confirm that the export process has started.
A second notification appears when the file is ready for download. Click on the notification to access the download link.
If the notification disappeared before you could click it, click on the alerts icon at the top right of your screen.
Look for the alert that says "Customer (or supplier) file export is done" and click on Download.
