Selecting a legal entity

Once your connection is created successfully, you must select the legal entity to which you would like to synchronize the invoices:

  1. The system will prompt you to select a legal entity from a dropdown menu.

  2. Choose the appropriate legal entity for invoice synchronization.

  3. If you're unsure which legal entity to select, you can check in your Yokoy platform:

    • Go to Invoice Processor > Invoices

    • Look at the select menu in the top right corner to see the names of available legal entities.

  4. After selecting the right legal entity, tick the confirm button.

  5. Click Activate to complete your integration setup.

You will then be returned to the dashboard of your Banqup account.
