Banqup gives you the possibility to import a large number of customers at the same time. This can be done using an Excel file with customer details.
Go to Customers & Suppliers

The exact structure of the Excel file is described in the example file, which can be downloaded via the Download example button.

Save the sample file to your PC
Open your Excel program
From the program, open the file you previously saved.
Upload your customers
Once you have prepared the Excel file with the customers to add, click on the Upload customers button. Select the Excel file on your PC.
Processing starts after selection. If there is an error, this will be indicated.
After a successful import, the imported customers will be displayed in the customer list.
Attention:
In some cases there may be a conflict with the automatic numbering of your customers; i.c. the autonumbering must be turned off.
