No internet connection when starting the Synqup authenticator

After installing Synqup, try to restart the server.

If this does not solve the problem, access to the firewall is probably insufficient. To be able to use Synqup, the following is required:

Synqup calls an https endpoint. Therefore, the standard port for https traffic must be open (443).

You can add this to the firewall settings.
