After installing Synqup, try to restart the server.
If this does not solve the problem, access to the firewall is probably insufficient. To be able to use Synqup, the following is required:
Sufficient user rights on Windows, so Synqup can write to the folder where files must be delivered
Sufficient access to the firewall. Synqup uses the following access points:
*.unifiedpost.com
*.onea.be
*.rollbar.com
Synqup calls an https endpoint. Therefore, the standard port for https traffic must be open (443).
You can add this to the firewall settings.
