Activation with SFTP

Activate the SFTP integration via the Accounting App and get all your invoices from your Banqup account sent automatically to your server. To activate the integration:

  • Go to the Apps menu.

  • Activate the Accounting App.

  • Set Online connection to ON then click on Next.

  • Choose SFTP.

  • If available, select the UBL format you want to use. Otherwise, go to the next step.

  • Enter the details of your receiving SFTP server:

    • Username: the username of your SSH account.

    • Password: the password of your SSH account.

    • Host: the hostname or IP address of the SFTP server.

    • Port: the port to which the server listens for SFTP connections. The default value is 22 but another port can be used if your SFTP server has a custom setup.

    • Upload path: specify your own path where to upload the invoices. The path Invoice_import/ will be used by default.

  • Read and agree to the terms of service to continue, then click on Connect.

  • The app should now be active.

Note: (Only if you apply IP Whitelisting) Before we can send data to your SFTP server, it's essential to whitelist our IP addresses in your network or firewall settings. This step is necessary to ensure that our system can establish a secure connection to your SFTP server.
Please add the following IP addresses, from which we will be sending the data, to your SFTP server’s whitelist:

If these addresses are not whitelisted, we will be unable to connect to your server and send the data. Once these IP addresses are whitelisted, we can proceed with establishing the connection further below this guide.
