How to add a client manually

Creating a client (standard method)

  • Go to the Customers & Suppliers menu

  • Click on Add new customer
    Fill out your client's information. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
    Although not required, we advise you to fill out as many fields as you can in order to benefit from all the advanced features offered by Banqup.

  • Save.

Creating a client from an imported invoice

When importing an invoice manually, click on the invoice to see its details.

From the details, you can add a new customer by clicking the arrow in the customer field then clicking on + Add.

Then fill out your customer's details.

The required fields are marked with an asterisk.

You can also add the customer's e-mail address so that you can send them invoices through e-mail.

Creating a client from an invoice created on Banqup

When creating an invoice on Banqup, you can create this customer directly in the invoice creation interface by clicking on the + icon.

The customer creation form will appear and you'll be able to fill out your client's information. Those marked with an asterisk are required, email and VAT number are strongly recommended.
