The accounting app makes it possible to exchange documents directly with the accountant. This allows the bookkeeper to get the documents directly into his accounting software.
Note:
the accounting app is only available for paying Banqup subscriptions. The accounting app is not available for the free version of Banqup.
Important note:
Please make sure that the email address [email protected] is whitelisted in the accountant's accounting software.
This is due to the fact that, in order to avoid spam, some software will not import invoices that are not coming from an authorized email address.
Activation
The activation is made from the Banqup account of the entrepreneur.
Go to Apps.
Select the Accounting App.
Select the accounting app with which the Banqup account will be linked to the accountant's software.
The accounting app that best suits the accountant's accounting software should be picked. This is something that should be discussed between the accountant and the entrepreneur.
