When you get the Connecting status after trying to connect to a Banqup client, it means that a connection request has been sent to your customer and it hasn't been accepted yet.

To accept your connection request, your customer needs to follow the steps below:
Go to the Tasks menu in their Banqup account.
Open the Manage connection to Sector Console task.
Check the request details.
Click on Accept connection.
After confirmation, the status will update from Connecting to Activated in your Console account.
