"Connecting" status when trying to connect to a Banqup client - How to solve it?

When you get the Connecting status after trying to connect to a Banqup client, it means that a connection request has been sent to your customer and it hasn't been accepted yet.

To accept your connection request, your customer needs to follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Tasks menu in their Banqup account.

  • Open the Manage connection to Sector Console task.

  • Check the request details.

  • Click on Accept connection.

  • After confirmation, the status will update from Connecting to Activated in your Console account.
