You can link a Dropbox account to the platform so that invoices from your Banqup account are automatically uploaded to your Dropbox.
To do so, follow these steps:
In Banqup, go to the Apps menu.
Under Accounting app, click on Activate.
Activate Online Connection, then click on Next.
Choose what to export: bank statements or invoices, then click on Next.
In the next screen, select Dropbox, then click on Next.
If multiple options are listed, select Dropbox - Peppol Bis 3.0 then click on Next.
To link your Dropbox, you must first sign in to your account. Click on Sign in with Dropbox.
After logging in, you may see the following screen first, click on Continue.
After which you will be shown the Dropbox consent screen, click on Allow.
After successfully authenticating with Dropbox, finalize the connection by clicking Connect after ticking the checkbox to consent to the Terms of Service. Your connection should then be confirmed.
