I can't go to my Banqup account from the Console. What can I do?

Clicking on the menu link Go to Banqup company doesn't do anything?

You need to check if your browser allows pop-up windows to open.

Which browser do you use?

Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome

    Chrome

  2. Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.

  3. In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked

  4. Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.

  5. To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] > Done.

Or, you can also whitelist Banqup URLs:

  1. In Chrome, go to Settings.

  2. In the left menu, click on Privacy and security.

  3. Under Privacy and security, click on Site settings.

  4. Under Content, click on Pop-ups and redirects.

  5. Next to Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click on Add.

  6. Enter the following text: [*.]banqup.com in the field then click on Add.

Edge

  1. In Edge, go to Settings and more at the top of your browser.

  2. Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions.

  3. Under All permissions, select Pop-ups and redirects.

  4. Under Allow, click on Add, enter the following text: [*.]banqup.com in the field then click on Add.

Firefox

  1. Click the menu button

    and select Settings.

  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

  3. Go down to the Permissions section.

    • Click the Exceptions… button to the right of Block pop-up windows.

    • Type or paste the address of a website and click the Allow button to add it to the list of sites that will be allowed to open pop-up windows.

  4. Click the Save Changes button to apply your changes.
